2. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate job descriptions, hiring requirements, and timelines.
• Clients are responsible for making the final hiring decisions based on the candidates we recommend.
• Feedback on submitted candidates should be provided in a timely manner.

3. Candidate Responsibilities

• Candidates must ensure all information shared (CVs, experience, qualifications) is truthful and up to date.
• Tornado Recruitment is not responsible for employment outcomes; our role is to facilitate introductions between candidates and employers.

4. Confidentiality

All information shared between Tornado Recruitment, the client, and the candidate is treated as confidential. We expect all parties to respect the privacy of any shared data or communications.

5. Communication

• All communication regarding vacancies, interviews, and updates will be handled via email, phone, or an agreed platform.
• Timely responses are encouraged to ensure an efficient hiring process.

6. Fees & Payment

• Recruitment service fees are discussed and agreed upon prior to engagement.
• Payment terms are based on the individual agreement made with each client.

7. Replacements & Support

• In case a candidate leaves within a predefined time period, Tornado Recruitment may offer a free or discounted replacement as per prior agreement.
• Ongoing support is available to ensure successful integration of hired candidates.

8. Global Reach

Our recruitment services are available to clients and candidates across multiple countries and regions. We work remotely and digitally to ensure seamless coordination regardless of location.

9. Termination of Service

• Either party may choose to discontinue the service at any stage with prior written notice.
• Any services already delivered or candidates already submitted will remain subject to agreed terms.
